GIANTS Software is looking for an experienced and motivated Support Representative to reinforce its team in Erlangen, Germany. The duties of this position primarily include customer support via e-mail, telephone and live chat in multiple languages. We can offer you an exciting work environment within a motivated team and multiple opportunities to grow within the company. You will work in a small, efficient team with minimal supervision. Excellent self-organization and efficiency are key requirements for this position.

We are looking for someone with excellent english skills (CEFR C2) and preferably very good french skills as well (CEFR C1 or better) Some basic knowledge in German is not a necessary requirement, but may facilitate the communication within the company.


Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2 years of customer support experience in a technology environment
  • Strong interest in technology, gaming in particular
  • Good problem solving & self-organization skills
  • Excellent, proactive communication skills
  • Very good English skills (CEFR C2)
  • Able to work with supervisor, in a team and completely on your own

Qualifications Preferable:

  • Game industry experience preferred
  • Very good French skills (CEFR C1)

Community Manager

Job Type: 100% Permanent

Location: Erlangen, Germany


Main responsibilities are engaging with the community, interacting with players, fostering community spirit and act as a liaison between the players and the development team.
Needs to be well-organized, strategic, able to judge player feedback and precisely communicate it within the team. The role comes with a lot of creative freedom so an applicant is expected to autonomous and a quick learner.
The position sits within the Marketing department and reports directly to the Marketing & PR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage the community via the forum and social media
  • Be the direct link between the community and the development team
  • Collect, organize and escalate community feedback to the stakeholders within the dev team to ensure community-driven game development
  • Assist the passionate community via the official forum, website and social media platforms.
  • Plan, create and execute competitions and events to increase retention and drive sales.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar of community content. Find ideas from within the community or proactively create shareable assets with the internal design team.
  • Assist, build and guide the team of forum moderators.
  • Keep the community up-to-date, write and communicate game updates.
  • Generate regular feedback reports on top issues, concerns and feedback from the community including courses of action.

Qualifications Required:

  • Extensive community management experience – beyond social media management
  • Be enthusiastic about interacting with online communities with an enormous comfort level communicating online – must be hands-on
  • Deep knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player, that’s reliable, self-motivated and proactive
  • Passionate about video games
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal plus additional knowledge of either German, French or Polish.

Qualifications Preferable:

  • People management experience
  • Experience with forum management and moderation
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Basic photoshop skills
  • Basic video editing skills

Video / Media Artist

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit game footage
  • Compose high quality game videos for web distribution
  • Retouch images and motion graphics, change picture compositions
  • Work closely with the Marketing & PR Team

Qualifications Required:

  • Expert knowledge of video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar)
  • At least 3 years of work experience or a degree in media design or similar
  • A deep understanding of cinematography to capture, compose and polish game footage
  • A fine sense for design, layout, composition and motion graphics
  • Be creative, imaginative, proactive, communicative
